We use specialized vacuum-sealing technology and eco-friendly insulated liners packed with dry ice or gel packs to maintain optimal temperature from our docks to your doorstep.
What is your delivery area and timeframe?
We offer nationwide overnight shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday are typically delivered within 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
Is your seafood sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. Fish Club partners exclusively with MSC-certified fisheries and local day-boat captains who adhere to strict sustainable harvesting practices and seasonal quotas.
Can I return a food item if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my seafood once it arrives?
Immediately transfer your seafood to the coldest part of your refrigerator if you plan to consume it within 48 hours. For longer storage, keep it in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and place it in the freezer.
